• Business decisions made based on Visionary analytics.

• Unforeseen service disruptions due to technical updates.

• No Refund Policy:

  • Since no payments are required at this stage, refunds are not applicable.

• All Visionary content, designs, and technology are protected by copyright laws.

• You may not copy, modify, or redistribute Visionary’s software.

• Any feedback submitted to Visionary may be used without compensation.

10. Termination & Suspension

Visionary reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violating these Terms.

• Unauthorized use or security breaches.

• Non-compliance with financial obligations (if premium plans apply in the future).
